How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the ReachNet login page.

1. Use your web browser to go to the ReachNet Login page: https://reachnet.reachsystems.com/ACS/Integrator
2. Enter in your login ID
3. Click on the Forgot Password link.
4. Click on the [E-Mail] button.

The ReachNet Server will reset your password with a randomly generated password which will then be sent to the email address that is associated with the Login ID that was entered.
Once you receive the email, you should login to your account and change your password to one that can be easily remembered.

Which web browsers are supported by Reach Systems?
Reach Systems currently supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 and Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and greater. Although most web browsers will work with the Reach Systems software, they have not all been evaluated by Reach. As such we can not guarantee that the web browsers will display or update the software properly.

What readers are supported by Reach Systems?
Reach Systems can support any reader that outputs the Wiegand format. For a complete list of supported readers, download the Supported Reader List from the Reach Toolkits.

What happens when my network is down?
When a Reach Systems IP Controller loses communication with the ReachNet Server, it will continue to function as it had before. Since all the programming is stored locally at the IP Controller, you will not see any difference in functionality at the door. Any changes that are made to the programming will not be downloaded to the IP Controller until communication is restored. Once communication is restored, all events that have occurred while the IP controller was offline will be uploaded to the ReachNet Server.

How do I change the IP Controller to work with a static IP Address?
The IP controller is defaulted to DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.) If the network you are installing the IP Controller on does not support DHCP a static IP Address will need to be assigned to it.

To configure the IP Controller to use a static IP Address, you will need a null modem cable. If the computer you are using does not have a serial port, you will also need a USB to serial adapter.
