Glenn
Forrester, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Glenn Forrester has 22 years of experience
in establishing and operating emerging
growth companies in the technology field. He
founded Reach Systems in 2005 after
identifying an opportunity for a disruptive
technology in the physical security market.
Most recently, he served as President of
SPINS, Inc., an information services company
providing critical product movement data to
the Natural Products Industry. Previously he
served as President of Tiger Object Systems,
a developer of object-oriented programming
tools. He also served as Vice President of
Research & Development for Intoximeters,
Inc., a global provider of alcohol breath
testing equipment, a field in which he holds
several key patents. While an undergraduate
he founded and served as President of Coral
Software, a provider of educational software
and software development tools for
Artificial Intelligence application
development. Apple Computer ultimately
acquired Coral in 1988. Mr. Forrester
received an A.B. cum laude from Harvard
College. |

Rob Hainer,
Vice President of Engineering
Rob Hainer joined Reach in August 2007 to lead the Engineering team. Rob has over 18 years of experience in developing web, business, and scientific software applications and managing engineering teams.
Rob began his career at NASA Ames Research Center as a senior programmer. Rob also worked at Zone Labs, a successful startup that was acquired by Check Point Software, where he was responsible for its E-Commerce infrastructure. Rob has also held management positions at Sterling Software, Personify, and Productopia, where he was the Director of Engineering. Most recently, as the Director of Operations at AdBrite, Rob managed teams of System and Network Engineers that ran operations for the company's digital advertising marketplace. Rob holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan.

Barry Banks, Director of Business Development
Barry Banks joined Reach in October 2008 to lead the Company's business development efforts. He has over 30 years of experience in the access control industry and brings with him an extensive range of contacts from throughout the industry.
Most recently, Barry was the President and Co-Founder of RI Marketing Group LLC. Prior to this, he held the roles of COO, Co-Founder, and Board Member at ISR Solutions, Inc., a National Systems Integration Company that was ranked #8 in SDM magazine's Top 100 Integrators. ISR Solutions had 12 offices with revenues in excess of $50 million dollars, and was later purchased by Stanley Works. Barry has also been employed by Mosler as the Director of Integrated Systems, and by JWP, where he was the Southwest Region Vice President, with revenues in excess of $4 billion dollars. Barry had begun his career by starting new regional sales offices for Rusco Electronic Systems and Access Control Systems, Inc.

Henry Edmonds
Henry Edwards is the founder and President
of The Edmonds Group, a specialized
investment bank focused on recurring revenue
industries with a particular emphasis on the
security alarm industry. Henry
Edmonds
is also a founder and chairman of APB
Services, a business process outsourcing
firm that implements and manages alarm
permitting and false alarm ordinances for
municipalities and chairman of Waste
Remedies, LLC, a leading waste management
outsourcing firm. Henry was the co-founder
and CEO of SLP Capital, the largest
specialty finance company serving the North
American security alarm industry. Henry had
also held the position of Vice President in
the investment banking division of
PaineWebber Incorporated in New York. He
holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the
University of Virginia and an MBA from
Harvard Business School. |
